Responsibilities:
- Provide professional facial treatments, skin management, and aesthetic device treatments
- Assist doctors with pre- and post-treatment care and patient preparation
- Perform treatments according to doctor-approved treatment plans
- Ensure all treatments comply with clinic SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools
- Educate patients on treatment procedures, aftercare, and home care routines
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients through professional service
- Stay updated with new techniques, technologies, and industry knowledge
Requirements:
- Certification or background in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Nursing, or related fields
- Prior experience in aesthetic clinics, medical spas, or beauty centres is an advantage ( training will be provided)
- Passion for skin care, aesthetics, and patient-centred treatment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and treatment quality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team with doctors and colleagues
- Willingness to learn and continuously upgrade professional skills
- Professional mindset – treatment-focused, not hard-selling focused
